How Quickly my order will be dispatched?
All orders placed are processed on the same day and dispatched on the following working day (Mon-Fri), orders received over the weekends (including Bank Holidays) are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
How is my order sent and do you charge for deliveries?
We use Tracked delivery service (takes 2-5 working days to deliver once the order is dispatched). A tracking number will be sent via email or text once the order is picked up by the courier (normally within 1 working day of collection by the courier company). The delivery charge starts at £3.95 for small and medium size box orders Any large orders or pallet deliveries will incur a charge of £33 plus VAT which will be collected before order is shipped. We also offer free collection of orders from our warehouse all such collections are via strict pre booked time slots. Collection in person is available after 24-48 hours of placing the order. Please email us before coming for collection and wait to receive your collection time slot before coming to warehouse.
How long will my delivery take?
We use Tracked delivery service using reputable courier partners. This service takes 2-5 working days to deliver following the day of dispatch.
Could I upgrade for next working day delivery and how much it costs extra?
We offer express delivery on small and medium parcel orders for a charge of 8.95 plus VAT. This is not available on pallet deliveries.
Are all the products on your website held in stock?
Yes, all products on our website are stocked. We have access to Brand suppliers; if something you ordered and is not in stock, we’ll notify you promptly and your shopping basket will be adjusted or a refund will be made.
I can’t find an item that I need on your website, can you get it for me?
Our stocks are updated regularly. We can only offer you at the time of order the items we hold in our stocks.
What if I buy something and then want to return it?
Don’t worry if you wish to return something you have 14 days from the date you received your order. Just email us to inform us that you would like to return an item or the whole order. Please read return and cancellation policy for full details. Remember to send the item in the original condition it came in. It’s strongly advised to use a tracked or signed delivery for your returns and a proof of postage obtained for all of your returns. We’ll refund you 100% of the price paid less postage/carriage charge within 5 working days of receipt of your return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs. We can’t accept returns or issue refunds for used items are where the original packaging has been damaged or not available. We don’t accept returns for bespoke/special orders.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We normally ship items to UK based customers. But overseas customers may place an order by contacting us by telephone or email. Emails can be sent to info@bottlesandcontainers.co.uk. Postage costs of such orders will be based on the country it’s dispatched to. We only dispatch items by a tracked delivery for our international sales.
I don’t know what type of Bottles or Containers I need for my project?
If you are unsure which Bottles or closures to buy, we have a range of samples available. You can buy these samples to physically test suitability for your project need and then order the with confidence. We also have dedicated team of experts who have in depth knowledge of products, and they can identify your bespoke needs and provide list of matching bottles and Jars.
